Beyond the App: Meaningful, Personal Connection
Technology enhances our communication, but relationships come first. That’s why our educators offer daily check-ins at drop-off and pick-up, keeping you informed, supported, and part of your child’s journey.
At Blossom, we believe that even when you’re not physically there, you should still feel present and proud. Because every small update is a chance to celebrate the big story of your child’s growth.
A Strong Parent Community: Growing Together
Raising a child is a shared journey, one that thrives on trust, transparency, and meaningful partnership. Thus we actively involve families in every step of their child’s development, because learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door, it continues at home, in relationships, and in the wider community.
Parent Workshops
Covering topics like child development, language, sleep, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing, empowering families with expert knowledge and practical tools.
Parent Forums & Monthly Surveys
Open channels for feedback, collaboration, and dialogue, because together, we build our nurseries and preschools around your child.
School Transition Support
Personalized guidance and resources to help families confidently navigate the move to FS1/FS2 or primary school, academically and emotionally.
Parent Ambassadors
Experienced families who help welcome, guide, and support new parents as part of our growing Blossom community.
Blossom is more than a nursery, it's a family village built on empathy, respect, and co-construction. Together, we lay the foundation not only for children to thrive, but for families to feel heard, supported, and truly part of the journey.

If a child becomes sick whilst in nursery then the parents will be called and must collect their child within 1 hour. Children should not return to nursery until they have been free of any symptoms for a full 24 hours. The school nurse takes the temperature of students each morning and throughout the day. In accordance with Ministry guidelines any child found with a temperature over the 38 normal range will be sent home.
No exceptions will be made to our sickness policy in the best interests of all our children.
Stay closely connected to your child’s learning journey with the LittleLives app. From daily updates and photos to milestone moments and important reminders, the app offers a window into your child’s day. Seamless communication with our educators is supported both through the app and in-person during drop-off and pick-up, ensuring you always feel informed, engaged, and reassured. You’ll also have easy access to a calendar of nursery events, keeping you involved in every step of your child’s experience.
At Blossom, your child’s safety and well-being are our top priorities. All our nurseries are equipped with CCTV in classrooms and common areas to ensure a secure and closely monitored environment. While the footage is not live-streamed in order to safeguard the privacy and protection of every child, it is securely stored and can be made available to parents upon formal request. This system reinforces our commitment to providing a safe, transparent, and trusted space for children to learn and grow.
